For a while now I’ve been quite bored by regular streetstyle… Don’t get me wrong…I still adore Hel Looks, The Sartorialist and such….but I’ve been somewhat bored when taking them sometimes….probably because everyone seems too perfect.

I do enjoy taking streetstyle pictures from time to time but lately I’ve felt an urge to try something new, and I love that Vine gives you the possibility to really see the person. I love it when people fiddle nervously with their hair, glance away or change positions….because that’s what makes their personality shine thorugh and what I liked about streetstyle initially. I loved it when hipsters looked super awkward and uncomfortable in their Converse in pictures, when I was still a bit nervous about asking someone to get their picture and when the genre was new. Vine really gives me that original excited feeling again! YAY!
